After years of delibertation, anticipation, PRAYER, anxiety and wishful thinking, my wife and I with our son finally made the move to sunny California, and I can hardly believe it.
We flew in to LAX from Mitchell airport in Wisconsin (I think, google) and my son woke up at 3 and we finally got up at 4 and made the drive with my father in law to Mitchell Airport and it was the longest flight in human history. My sonwas tired as hell, but didn't want to sleep, and I was tired as hell whilst also suffering from my sometimey allergies, and my poor wife was trying her hardest to keep is all together. My boy finally went to sleep for am house after being up for like 7 hours straight when he usually sleeps every 3, CRAZINESS!
We finally landed at 12:30 western time, and were ready to DIE! we got picked up by a friend and stayed at her place until she had to bounce and we wanted to head over to our place to do some assessments of what we would need before our truck with all of our stuff on it arrived, so we bounced to our place and checked it out and as per usual, it wasn't as nice as we remembered so we wanted to get some fixing done, and HERE WE COME HOME DEPOT!
Got to home depot and are looming around and my son is crying the entire time, and whining ( not his usual type of persona, but notbhis usual type of day either so we figured it was him being sleepy, and it was...plus he was over stressed, hot, dehydrated, and well the amount of vomit he released in the mop a d bucket isle of home depot was something of the astounding faire. It was banas and it freaked my wife and I out because he started shivering and just wasn't himself. So we put everything on STOP, cleaned him in the tub, pull out our air matress, and decided to finish up everything else tomorrow. I think his sickness was God giving us some perspective, and maybe slowing us down little so we could actually enjoy the success of finally getting out here.
Either way we are super excited about the opportunities that have presented themselves our here thus fat, and we look forward to taking it all in, and being new in our new place. We hope you guys stay tuned to the next few xhapters in our book and we look forward to sharing more of this ew adventure with you all, PEace! now i gotta go back to smoking my cigar and drinking my beer, PEACE AND LOVE YALL'
